The Day bed is the ideal solution for creating extra bedding in a guestroom or a reception room, that converts into extra seating during the day. It is both practical and elegant. Our day bed has elegant French scrolling at the sides and a panelled back. The day bed takes a standard single mattress 3' x 6'3" and standard bedding. During the day the mattress can be covered with a throw or blanket and the back softened with scatter cushions to make an inviting seat.
The bed is made entirely from solid mahogany. The mattress, which we can supply separately, sits on solid mahogany slats spaced at 7cm intervals. The bed can be dismantled for transportation and installation.

I bought this bed when living in London, before relocating to Ireland. Unfortunately, I couldn't bring this wonderful bed with me. However, now I am back in the UK, I have bought another one!
